Items will be posted within 4 working days of payment being received.
Any orders unpaid after 3 days of purchase with no communication from the buyer will be cancelled.
Australian customers
Shipping cost: free.
Delivery usually takes:
2 - 6 working days to arrive.
If you would like registered post / express post please contact me before purchasing so I can advise on costs.
Payments by EFT / bank transfer can take several days for the payment to clear.
International customers (orders being sent outside Australia)
Flat rate shipping cost for all international orders is $5 per order.
Delivery usually takes:
4 - 14 working days
Up to 4 weeks for Canada & Italy.
These times are shipping estimates.
All items to be paid using Paypal. Items will be mailed after payment is received (if paying by eCheque, packages will be sent after payment clears).
Any customs/import charges incurred (for very large orders) are the expense of the customer.
Wrapping:
Bags/purses are sent wrapped in brown paper.
Art prints / gift cards are sent in a protective sleeve.
If you require gift wrapping, please let us know.
If items are being sent to someone other than yourself, for example as a gift, please let us know so that all communication can be addressed accordingly.
